What's my why?

Hi there! I'm Malik Anderson, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and active duty Airman. In 2018 while I was deployed to Al Udeid, Qatar I discovered my desire to become a personal trainer. During a rough time I found solitude in the gym and because of my determination and drive to reach my fitness goals, others began asking to workout with me. That’s when my career as a trainer really jump started. I loved every minute of helping others obtain and exceed their goals!! That joy, excitement, and sense of pride is something I want to instill into everyone I train! Now that you know about me, let's work on your journey to become the best version of you!!

As a certified personal trainer, I specialize in helping my clients reach their fitness goals through customized workout plans and personalized attention. Additionally, I have specializations in group personal training, women's fitness, and plant-based diets, allowing me to cater to a wide range of clients.

Our popular services


Bronze package (trainer-led)

The most popular service is providing a personalized fitness experience. The Bronze package includes a free consultation, monthly assessments for progress tracking, and three weekly workouts, one of which are guided either in person or via zoom. My dedicated focus is on helping you achieve your fitness goals with individualized attention and guidance.


"Sculpt your body" program

This pre-written program is designed for those that are either beginning their fitness journey or are returning after a hiatus. It includes nutritional guidance on how to fuel your body, a progress run/walk cardio schedule, resistance training for muscle strength and development, and mobility exercises to enhance flexibility and range of motion.


Live Workouts!

Get ready to sweat and feel the burn with my Live Workouts. With a variety of workouts ranging from high-intensity interval training to yoga sessions, these workouts are designed to get your heart pumping and your body moving. Join me and others for a live session once a quarter and get ready to be a part of a great community!
