Hi there! I'm Malik Anderson, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and active duty Airman. In 2018 while I was deployed to Al Udeid, Qatar I discovered my desire to become a personal trainer. During a rough time I found solitude in the gym and because of my determination and drive to reach my fitness goals, others began asking to workout with me. That’s when my career as a trainer really jump started. I loved every minute of helping others obtain and exceed their goals!! That joy, excitement, and sense of pride is something I want to instill into everyone I train! Now that you know about me, let's work on your journey to become the best version of you!!

Sculpt your body program
This program is tailored for fitness beginners or those returning after a hiatus. It includes nutritional guidance, a progressive run/walk schedule for a 5k goal, resistance training for muscle and bone strength, and mobility exercises to enhance flexibility and range of motion.
