This program is designed for those that are just getting into fitness for the first time ever, or first time in a long time. As you go through this program, you will go through a few things: - You'll get a little bit of nutritional information about how to fuel your body during the process. - You'll go through cardio training involving a run/walk schedule; being able to run a 5k with ease by the end. - You'll go through resistance training strengthening your muscles and bones up. - You'll go through mobility training to increase your range of motion and flexibility.
