About the event
These workouts will be fun filled with some music on display. Some days will be group exercises, some might be a competition amoungst the group. All will be in good nature and the goal is to encourage each other on!
We will also have our natural "Electro-fuel" available for purchase at a discounted rate at $5 a bottle instead of $8. The electro-fuel is a natural electrolyte replenishment drink that takes out all the dyes, sugars, and nasty additives most big compaines have in their drinks. Our solution is a mixture of 5 simple ingredents:
- coconut water
- lemon juice
- orange juice
- salt
- agvae
Each 8 oz bottle can last up to a month in the fridge and is good for about 4 servings.
