2. In-person training session

 

At King's Personal Training, we believe that investing in yourself and committing to a consistent fitness routine is the key to unlocking your full potential. We offer customized 1-on-1 training sessions tailored to your unique fitness goals, as well as fun and motivating group personal training sessions. Our Bronze, Silver, and Gold training packages provide a comprehensive approach to fitness, including individualized workouts, nutrition plans, and progress tracking.

3. Virtual training sessions

We offer individualized training sessions tailored to meet your specific needs and preferences. With our virtual training, you can achieve your fitness goals from the comfort of your own home. Group and 1-on-1 training are offered via zoom. Our Bronze, Silver and Gold packages offer different levels of commitment so you can choose the plan best suited for you.

4. Written programs (self-guided)

Our team of experienced trainers is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals both inside and outside the gym. We offer a variety of pre-written programs to get you ready for your first 5K and help you sculpt your body to perfection. With our self-guided packages, you can choose from our Bronze, Silver, or Gold packages personalized to fit your individual needs and goals. Let us help you become the best version of yourself.

1. 100% FREE Consultation

Before we can get into all of the training sessions, I like to take some time to sit down and find the base line. 

This won't be a training session, however I do want to do a few physical assessments during the meeting. This appointment is meant for finding out where point A is at, where point B is at, and how we're going to connect the dots.
