What We Offer

Free Consultation
Before we can get into all of the training sessions, I like to take some time to sit down and find the base line.
This won't be a training session, however I do want to do a few physical assessments during the meeting. This appointment is meant for finding out where point A is at, where point B is at, and how we're going to connect the dots.

Bronze Package
Take your fitness journey to the next level with King's PT's Bronze training package. Get a personalized training plan designed to help you reach your desired goals with the help of our certified trainers. This package includes a free consultation, additional assessment at the end of the month, and two to three workouts a week, one of which will be instructor led. These workouts are designed to be 45 mins to an hour long. Get ready to work hard and see the results you've been waiting for

Gold Pakcage
Upgrade your fitness journey with our Gold Package, which includes everything in the Silver Package plus more! You'll receive two 30-minute full body workout videos and two 'friend' vouchers a month so you can bring a buddy or two for a fun group workout. Our tailored workout plan, which includes four to five workouts per week, three of them led by an instructor, will help you achieve your fitness goals in no time!

Single 1-on-1 sessions
Ready to jump start your fitness journey? Our one-on-one sessions are perfect for those who want personalized attention and customized workouts. Whether you prefer 30-minute or 1-hour sessions, our experienced trainers will guide you towards achieving your fitness goals. Let's work together to create a strong and healthy foundation for your wellness journey.

Silver Package
Let's take it a step further with our Silver Package. Begin with our free consultation and additional assessment at the end of the month. We will then develop a workout plan tailored to your specific needs, consisting of three to four workouts per week, two of which are instructor-led. These workouts are designed to be 45 minutes to an hour for maximum results. In addition, you will have access to our Dropbox folder containing recipes for all diet restrictions (updated every two weeks), a free 30-min workout video, and one (1) "friend" voucher so you can bring a friend to workout!
